At Coal Port Logistics LLC, we handle the updates and assistance for your loads 24/7, whether it’s day or night; our team is always available to assist you promptly. We provide updates of your shippments previous to pick up, on site, before delivery and on site at the receiver. Ensuring your shipments meet the stablished times and dates guaranteeing the safety of your load.

Our business hours are from 07:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., Monday trought Friday, If you need any further assistance regarding your cargo during these times, please contact us via phone call or email.

After hours and weekend

If you require any any further assistance or need an update on your cargo between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday trought Saturdays, please contact our after hours team via phone call or email.
